Windchill Factor.
The table shows the relationship between the outside temperature and the wind speed regarding how it feels the exposed human skin.The indicated temperature is just for orientation and as the warning how to react in bad weather conditions in the nature.

To calculate the windchill factor in Excel we shall use the following formula: =0,045*(5,27*(POWER(V;0,5))+10,45-0,28*V)*(T-33)+33
V = the wind speed in km/h
T = the outside temperature in degrees Celsius
33= the middle skin temperature in the degrees Celcius
